Our hands-on classes bring participants into the kitchen to create each dish under the supervision of our instructors. Participants work in pairs to prepare each of the dishes listed on the session menu and all equipment, ingredients and recipes are provided. Students enjoy the fruits of their labor with generous food portions on each of the dishes. Unless otherwise noted, price is per person. Bottled water is provided. A complimentary glass of red or white wine is served but we are BYOB as well, so feel free to bring your favorite drink. Classes run about 2 hours.
