A smooth peach, ginger and bourbon cocktail
1 (14-ounce) peach slices with syrup
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cubed
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
200ml Domaine de Canton ginger liquer
150ml Pama Pomegraante liquer
- Place peaches, cucumber and lime juice in the jar of a high powered blender. Puree until smooth; strain through a fine mesh strainer.
- Add bourbon, ginger liquer, pomegranate liquer and peach puree to a serving pitcher; add Sprite. Stir to combine; serve over ice.
