"My boyfriend and I took the "French Cuisine" hands-on class with Chef Ed. The experience was truly above and beyond our expectations!!! If you are thinking about signing up for one of the classes here, don't hesitate. We learned how to de-beard mussels, render bacon, cut apples into batons, make a perfect vinaigrette that won't separate, and so much more. The flavor combinations were outstanding all around. Chef Ed was patient with us and so helpful with answering our questions as newbie cooks. Excellent vibes and lots of wine. 5/5 stars. We will be back for another class in the future - it's a fun, creative date night and you walk away with some new skills and a few fabulous recipes."
