Eclectic combination of food segments - all as seen through the eyes of David Chang, chef, writer and founder of Momofuku. The show hits on a number of interesting topics over the course of the season. It's part travelogue, part interview, part kitchen experimentation...but all fun. It kind of reminds me of Gordon Ramsey's BBC series "The F Word". One of my favorite episodes from Mind of a Chef focuses on a guilty pleasure of mine - ramen. David Chang's ramen is some of the best available, mine harkens back to college where the packages were 10 for $1.
