RECIPE ESSENTIALS

1 cup smoked sugar

3/4 cup coarse smoked sea salt

1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper

1/4 cup smoked paprika

• Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.  Transfer to an airtight container; store at room temperature.

Note: if smoked sugar and salt are not available, regular demera sugar and sea salt can be substituted.
